Learning Blender
My attempt at learning blender and challenges i faced
I just started learning blender out of boredom. So I had previously did some blender and made a donut following Blender Guru's tutorial. Now i know the basics i started to dabble in some modelling and texturing.
it took me one full week to complete the project. The most tedious part was the modelling part where i had to learn a lot of new topics and memorize a lot of keyboard shortcuts.
after completing all the modelling then i had to add a wooden texture to the chair. I should remind you that I was doing all this by following tutorial by blender guru. I had to familiarize the shader editor in blender. I used free wood texture from the website polygon. My shader setup is given below
After all the shading and stuff i completed the project and hit render. The final output is given below:
